Ingredients:


· 6 artichokes

· 1 lemon

· water

· 1 egg

· Sea Salt & black pepper
Olive Oil


Directions:


1. In a pot with warm water, place the artichokes with the hearts facing down and stems up.

2. Add salt and pepper with a little lemon juice.

3. Cover and cook until tender.

4. In a plate beat the egg and the juice of one lemon adding a little of the soup and finally pour the egg into the pot stirring constantly.
Use this as a side dish, or as a soup.
