Ingredients:


Dough starter:
¾ cup flour
¼ cup water

Main dough:
1 ½ cups flour
½ cup milk
2 eggs
3 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 pack dry yeast
3 oz butter
1 chopped onion
2 oz broken nuts
½ cup chopped parsley
7oz hard cheese
4oz pitted olives (calamata or else)


Directions:


Dough starter:
Mix ingredients, cover with plastic wrap and let it set overnight

Main dough:
Fry the onion and set aside
Mix the flour, milk, eggs, sugar and yeast for 5 minutes
While still mixing, add starter dough, olives, parsley, onion, nuts, cheese and salt and keep mixing for 2 minutes
Cover and let it rest for an hour
Move to a greased pan and let rise for half hour
Bake over 375F until golden
