Ingredients:


* 2 small French breads
* 2-3 crushed garlic cloves
* extra virgin oil "ELEA"
* salt
* black pepper
* 8 oz cherry tomatoes, sliced
* 3 oz anchovy fillets in olive oil, drained "KOSHER"


Directions:


1. Cut the bread diagonally across into thin slices.
2. Using a grill at medium heat.
3. Add some of the bread slices and grill for about 1 minute on each side until golden. You can also use a toaster oven.
4. As soon as the bread is ready.
5. Drizzle with a little olive oil.
6. Sprinkle crushed garlic, some salt and pepper.
7. Finally, top each slice of bread with 2 slices of tomato and 1 anchovy fillet.

CHEF’S NOTE: Serve warm.
