3 pound chicken thighs or a whole chicken cut to pieces
3 chopped onions
3 potatoes cut to 8 each
1 green pepper
2 chopped tomatoes
½ cup non dairy sour cream
6 chopped garlic cloves
2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp flour
Salt
Pepper
Hot pepper to taste
6 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
Fry the onion to golden
Add the garlic and fry slightly
Add the chicken and the vegetables
Cover and cook for 15 minutes
Add the spices and ½ cup water, mix, cover and cook for 45 minutes in low heat
If there are still liquids, cook in open pot until they are gone
Mix the lemon juice, the sour cream and the flour and add to pot
Mix carefully and cook for 5 minutes more
