Ingredients:


1 lb chicken breast
1 sliced potato

Marinade 1:
1 cup water
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp whole black pepper
10 bay leaves

Marinade 2:
2 tbsp honey
4 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp soy sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp course ground black pepper


Directions:


Mix marinade 1 and soak chicken for 24 hours in a refrigerator
Drain all liquids, mix marinade 2 and soak for 24 hours in a refrigerator
Place potato slices at the bottom of a pan and chicken on top of them
Bake in oven pre heated to 350 F for 1 hour or less depending how well you want it.
