2 lb chicken wings
ΒΌ cup honey
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
4 minced garlic cloves
4 tbsp red vinegar
1 crushed dry chili pepper
2 tsp chopped ginger root
4 tbsp chopped cilantro leaves
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the wings and the cilantro
Move the mix to a cookie bag, make sure there are no leaks
Add the wings and shake well
Put the bag in a bowl or a pot
Tie the top of the bag so that no air left in and the wings are fully immersed in the marinade
Store in refrigerator for a few hours or over night
Pull out the wings and grill them a few minutes on each side while brushing with marinade from time to time until golden
Serve with cilantro sprinkled over
