Ingredients:


2 pound chicken thighs
2 sliced onions
6 chopped garlic cloves
2 potatoes cut in 8 each
4 large tomatoes cut in 4 each
1 cup chopped cilantro
2 sliced carrots
½ cup garbanzo beans
2 sliced celery sticks
1 cup tomato sauce
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp black pepper
Salt
4 tbsp olive oil

Optional:
You may use other vegetables, greens or spices


Directions:


Fry the chicken to golden surfaces
Add all ingredients
Add water about to cover content
Bring to boil and then cook for an hour in low heat
