2 pound of chicken pieces (avoid breast)
½ pound raisins
3 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
1 cup of any wine
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 pound of assorted vegetables (optional)
Hot pepper (optional)
Directions:
Cut onion and fry in the olive oil with the turmeric until golden.
Add the chicken pieces and fry them lightly to golden the surface.
Add all other ingredients, bring to boil and cook for at least 2 hours in low heat.
