Ingredients:


Dough:
4 cups flour
2/3 cup sugar
½ tsp salt
1 pack yeast
1 egg
2/3 cup lukewarm milk
125 gr butter
1 tsp vanilla

Filling:
1 1/3 cups sugar
4 tbsp cinnamon
150 gr butter

Frosting:
1 cup whipping cream
50 gr butter
300 gr sugar powder
1 tsp vanilla


Directions:


Mix all ingredients to a smooth dough and let rise for 2 hours
Mix filling ingredients
Roll the dough to 1 cm thickness
Spread the butter on the dough
Spread the filling mix over
Roll over with the roller for the mix to stick
Leave the edge close to you clean for closing
Roll the dough to a long rope
Cut the rope to slices of 6.5 cm and lay in a pan covered with baking sheet
Cover and let rise to double in size
Mix the frosting ingredients to a fluffy paste (you may add a bit lemon)
Bake the rolls in 375 F for 17 minutes
Spread frosting over while still hot
