Ingredients:


2 cans of corn kernels (15oz each) or frozen
Creamy corn may be used instead of whole kernels
4 eggs
4 tbsp flour
6 tbsp sugar
½ cup milk or water
2 tbsp olive oil


Directions:


Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
Grease a pan with oil spray
Put mix in the pan
Heat oven to 350 deg F
Bake for about an hour until surface is golden
