3 fenel roots ½ cup fresh basil leaves 4 fresh mozarella balls ½ cup walnuts Dressing ingredients: 4 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp mustard seeds 1 tbsp honey ½ cup fresh orange juice Salt Coarse ground black pepper
Slice the fenel roots along the fibers as thin as possible. Arrange the slices on plates, one layer fenel slices and one layer of basil. Cut the mozzarella balls into half and put them on the side of the layers. Mix all dressing ingredients and pour on top of the plates and serve.
