* 1 4-pound piece of watermelon
* 6 ounces feta cheese, crumbled "DODONI w kosher symbol"
* 1 small bunch watercress
* Olive oil "SITIA Olive Oil"
* Freshly cracked black pepper
1. Cut watermelon from rind.
2. Cut into wedges about 1/2 inch thick by 2 inches, removing seeds as necessary.
3. Arrange watercress on a platter.
4. Top with watermelon.
5. Crumble feta cheese over the watermelon.
6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper.
