Ingredients:


2 lb of white fish fillet
5 minced garlic cloves
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup water
Salt


Directions:


Soak the fish in 1 tsp salt, lemon juice and vinegar for half hour
Prepare 3 plates, each with one of the following:
beaten egg, flour and bread crumb
Heat oil in a pan
Deep each piece of the fish first in flour then in egg then in bread crubs and fry until golden
Remove and put on a paper towel to absorb excess of oil
In a bowl mix water, 1/2 tsp salt, garlic and cilantro
Pour some of the garlic sauce into a plate, put a fish filet on top and serve
