Ingredients:


This chicken caserolle is for the weekend.

1 whole chicken
2 pound wheat grains
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Cinamon
Sugar


Directions:


Soak the wheat overnight while exchanging water at least 3 times
Cook the chicken in a big pot covering the chicken to top with water, when cooked, extract all bones and cut meat into pieces.
Add the wheat to pot and add water to cover about 4" over the wheat.
Cook for 3 hours while stirring from time to time.
Cook in low heat overnight.

Optional: serve with cinamon and sugar.
