Ingredients:


Ingredients for 10 servings:
3-4 slices of fresh beef leg
10 slices of fresh beef muscle
½ kg white beans that was in a water for 6 hours
10-15 small pealed potatoes (optional)
¼ cup oil
10 garlic teeth
1 spoon tomato paste
1 spoon hot paprika
1 spoon sweet paprika
¼ spoon ground cumin
1 tsp salt


Directions:


In a large pot, heat the oil, add tomato paste, mix and bring to boil. Add water up to ¼ of pot height. Add the garlic, the paprika, cumin and bring to boil again. Add the beef leg and the drained beans and cook in medium heat for 40 minutes until the beef is tender. Add the beef muscles and the salt (do not add salt at first to let the beans to soften). Cook in medium heat with partially covered pot for 1½ hours. Add potatoes ½ hour before end of cooking. At end of cooking add a bit cumin over the dish. After a few minutes cover pot and wait 15 minutes before serving.
