1 pound meat
1 grated onion
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt and Pepper
½ cup bread crumbs
1. Spice meat with salt and pepper then add the onion, lemon juice and the chopped parsley. Add the egg and mix well.
2. Shape it in rectangular finger shapes- and place it in a greased baking dish.
3. In a preheated oven, place the baking dish and leave it until meat is done.
