Ingredients:


1 pound ground beef
1 cup rice
1 chopped onion
4 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt and Pepper
1 tsp dried mint
1/2 cup tomato paste
Frying oil


Directions:


1. Wash rice well. Drain until completely dry then put it in blender until it’s almost a powder.
2. Add the rice powder, chopped onion, and parsley to the meat.
3. Spice meat mixture with salt and pepper and mint. Mix well.
4. Shape it like little balls and fry it in oil.
5. Add the tomato paste and boil for 10 minutes.
6. Served with Egyptian rice or Macaroni.
