Ingredients:


1 whole chicken
1 cups rice
2 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
3 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cinamon
6 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cup water


Directions:


Mix the paprika, the salt and 2 tbsp oil in a large bowl and roll the chicken in the mix so it is covered all around
Move the chicken and the mix into a pot and fry the chicken surface to brown it all around
Move the chicken aside to cool down
Add the onion to the pot and fry to golden
Add the rest of the ingredients, mix and cook about 10 minutes while adding the water gradually until the rice is half cooked
Stuff the chicken with part of the mix leaving some space for the mix grow
Close the chicken with tooth picks or saw it and put it on top of the rice left in the pot.
Add the rest of the water around the chicken and cook in low heat for an hour.

Optional: boil whole eggs and add around the chicken. After the dish is ready the eggs should be brown inside.
