2 cups rice
1 cup lentil
1 chopped onion
3 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Directions:
Wash the lentil, drain and boil in water for 15 minutes, drain and let cool off.
Fry the onion in the olive oil until brown.
Add 2 cups of water and all ingredients and bring to boil.
Lower heat and cook until rice is tender.
