Ingredients:


1 whole chicken
1 pound ground beef
3 chopped onions
2 cups basmati rice
1 chopped tomato
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp turmeric
2 tsp baharat
Salt
Pepper
Optional: eggs

If you can't buy baharat, a quick way is to mix an equal amount of each of the following:
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground clover
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp black peppercorn


Directions:


Stuffing:
Mix 1/2 cup of the rice, the ground beef, the tomato and spices and set aside

Chicken:
Wash the chicken and wipe it
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt all around the chicken
Fry the chicken on all sides with 2 tbsp oil and set aside
Stuff the chicken with the stuffing

Stew:
Add oil and fry the onion to golden
Rinse the rice and add to onion and fry
Add the spices and mix
Add boiling water to cover the content about 1 inch above
Add the tomato paste, bring to boil and cook until the water is at content level
Deep the chicken in the pot so it is cover all around with the content
Add 1 cup of boiling water
Add whole eggs at your choice
Cook overnight in the oven at 220 deg F
The eggs will turn brown with a special taste
