· 4-6 leek
· 3 eggs
· 2 tbsp of olive oil
· 4 tbsp. of matza meal
· 1 onion
· Sea salt & black pepper
Fresh dill & parsley (check for infestation)
1. Cut and wash the leek, then boil until tender.
2. Mix the above ingredients in the blender.
Shape the balls and fry them in a preheated frypan with oil.
