2 pound Champinion mushrooms
1 large chopped onion
1 cup half&half cream
1 cup milk
5 cloves of garlic
5 tbsp flour
In a large pot, fry the chopped onion and the garlic to golden.
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and add to the fried onion and keep frying.
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces and add to pot.
Add the milk and the half&half cream
Add the flour gradually while string
Cook for 20 minutes in medium heat until creamy
