Ingredients:


A bunch of cilantro
A bunch of celery
A bunch of leaks
A bunch of parsley
ΒΌ bunch of dill
1 pound of beef cut into cubes
1 onion
1 can of tomato paste (100gr)
1 spoon of soup mix
1/2 tsp of cumin
1/4 tsp of black pepper
6 tbsp of vegetable oil
4 Persian dry lemons


Directions:


Chop the onion and fry it in the vegetable oil.
Add the beef and fry shortly to brown beef surface
Chop all greens.
Boil 4 cups of water with the soup mix and then add the fried onion, beef, the greens and all the rest except the dry lemons and cook for 10 minutes.
Break the dry lemons and add to the pot.
Cook for 15 minutes more and serve.

The choresht should be poured over the rice according to taste.
