4 oz green lentils
2 oz flour
2 tbsp margarine
4 cups chicken soup
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
In a pot rinse the lentil, add water to cover the lentil, bring to boil until liquid is absorbed.
Blend the lentil with the chicken soup using a blender.
Melt the margarine adding the flour gradually.
Add the blend gradually, cover and let it simmer in medium heat for 10 minutes.
Optional: sprinkle some croutons on top when serving.
