Ingredients:


1 cup green lentils soaked overnight
1/2 cup oatmeal
4 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 grated onion
4 diced garlic cloves
1/2 cup chopped parsley
3 tbsp raw tahini
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin
salt and paper to taste


Directions:


Bring the lentils to boil, cook for 10 minutes and drain well
Grind all ingredients to a steady mix and let rest for 20 minutes
Make a ball and flatten it to make a burger, if too soft add oat if too thick add water a little at a time and mix
Heat olive oil and fry the burger to golden
Optional:
You may bake in oven at 450 F on an oiled baking sheet, recommended to spray oil on top of burger before baking for a better taste
