Ingredients:


2 lb carps sliced (or other type of fish)
2 tbsp chopped scallions
1 can of tomato sauce (about 10oz)
2 cups water
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp ground cardamom
¼ tsp ground turmeric
½ ground dry cilantro


Directions:


In a skillet mix all ingredients except the carps and cook in low heat for 15 minutes.
Add the carps and make sure they are covered by the sauce.
Simmer for 15 minutes more and serve.
