Ingredients:


5 zucchinis cut half alongside
Olive oil for frying

Filling:
1/2 lb feta cheese crumbed
1/4 cup chopped dill
Black pepper

For crust:
1 beaten egg
1/3 cup bread crumbs


Directions:


Remove the inside meat of the zucchini to make 1/2 inch thick boat
Mix the filling ingredients
Fill the boats and tighten the filling
Deep the filling side in the beaten egg and then in the bread crumbs
Heat a pan with 1/2 inch filled oil and fry the boats, first with crust down until golden then turn them upside down and golden the zucchini
