1 whole chicken cut into sections
8oz garbanzo beans
2 zuchinies cut into thick slices
2 carrots cut into thick slices
1 onion chopped
1 cup of chopped cilantro
1 cup of chopped parsley
1 cup of chopped celery
½ cup of chopped dill
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Soak the garbanzo bean overnight
Recommended to remove the garbanzo skin by rubbing them with hands or rolling a dough roller over them while covered by a towel
Boil around half a pot of water
Add the chicken pieces and remove foam from above
Add other ingredients except the greens
Add salt and pepper to taste
Bring to boil and then cook in low heat for half hour
Add the greens and continue cooking for 10 minutes
