1 cup flour
1 egg
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp margarine
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the margarine until a smooth dough is achieved
Cover and put in refrigerator for 2 hours
Make ropes of about 1 ½ inch and cut into slices
Boil a pot of water with 1 tsp salt
Drop carefully the dough slices into the boiling water and cook for 15 minutes and drain
Add the margarine and fry the dumplings slightly
