½ lb ground lamb or beef
4oz basmati rice (rinsed and drained)
1 lb pitted prunes
3 onions
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
½ cup chopped fresh mint leaves
1 cup chopped scallions
cooking oil
salt
black pepper
Directions:
Soak prunes in warm water for an hour
