1 LB ground beef
1 crated onion
1 crated green pepper
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp dry cilantro
Salt
Pepper
Optional:
1 onion cut into 1 inch squares
1 green or red pepper cut into 1 inch squares
12 cherry tomatoes
Directions:
Mix well all ingredients and let it sit for an hour
Make small ball about 1 inch diameter
Start poking the balls and the optional vegetables with the kebob sticks as follows:
Poke one meat ball, one square of onion, one square of pepper and one cherry tomato and so on.
Each stick should have between 3-5 balls depending on the stick size
Grill them on BarBQ or in oven until brown.
