Ingredients:

1 cup oatmeal, uncooked
1 cup Quaker 100% Natural Cereal, crushed to ¾ cup
1/3 cup butter, melted
¼ cup brown sugar, firmly packed

FILLING:

16 oz. cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted "KOSHER"
¼ cup whipping cream
21 oz. can cherry pie filling - "KOSHER"

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Grease a 9-inch spring form pan.
3. Combine above ingredients.
4. Press onto bottom and sides of pan.
5. Bake 15 minutes.
6. Cool.


FILLING:

1. Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla at medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy.
2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
3. Stir in chocolate and cream.
4. Pour into crust.
5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour or until center is almost set.
6. Cool completely; remove rim.
7. Chill.
8. Spread pie filling over top.
9. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
