2 pound fish fillet (cod, white or other)
5 garlic cloves chopped
1 cup chopped cilantro
1 cup lemon juice
Salt
Olive oil
Oil for deep frying
Directions:
Cut the fish into pieces of about 1 inch long and sprinkle with salt and about 1/3 of the lemon juice for about 15 minutes
Deep fry the fish until golden on both sides (optional to deep the fish in flour before frying)
Let the fish aside to drop excess of oil and cool down
Prepare a marinade with the rest of the lemon juice, most of the cilantro, the garlic and salt and sprinkle on the fish and let it soak
Sprinkle the rest of the cilantro on the fish and serve
