Preheat oven to 425F
Mix all ingredients except the flour in a mixer or by hand
Add the flour gradually while mixing to achieve smooth dough
Cover and store in refrigerator for half hour
Mix the filling ingredients
Grease a baking pan about 10 inch diameter or equivalent square one
Cover the bottom and the walls of the pan with the dough
Pour the filling into the pan and bake until golden
Turn off heat and leave the cake in oven for half hour
Take it out and let it cool down and serve
