2 chopped onions
2 pound chicken pieces (breast not recommended)
2 tsp turmeric
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
Other vegetables (optional)
As easy as it is to prepare this chicken as delicious it is.
Put the olive oil in a large pot and fry the chicken pieces until golden on surface.
Add the onion and any other vegetables you like, spread the salt and the turmeric all over the chicken and then add a cup of water.
Bring to boil and cook at least 2 hours in low heat. From time to time turn the chicken pieces so they will be evenly spiced and cooked, but make sure not to tear them apart.
