6 Carrots, pealed and shredded
1 chopped Onion
1 teaspoon chopped Garlic (or Garlic Powder)
2 Potato, pealed and shredded
2 Apples (Grand Smith) pealed and shredded
3 chopped Scallions
1 teaspoon fresh Ginger
1 Teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon white pepper (not Black!)
3 cups water
3 cups Non Dairy Creamer
For Decoration:
sliced toasted Almonds
chopped Basil
Directions:
Sautéed the Onions Slowly ad all the vegetables and water and bring To boiling, add seasoning Add Non Dairy Creamer and cook for 20 min (mid) Cool and refrigerate for 4 hours Serve Hot
