1 cup and 2 tbsp whole wheat or white flour
6 packets of sweetener
2 tsp cinnamon
1 dash salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup diet margarine
3 eggs
3 small peeled and shredded apples
Directions:
1 Combine flour, sweetener, cinnamon, baking powder and salt in a large bowl and mix well.
2 Add beaten eggs, vanilla and melted margarine, mixing it all together.
3 Mix in the apple shreds.
4 Place batter in an 8" nonstick (or sprayed) baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
5 Cool, cut and serve.
