12.5 oz. flour

7.75 oz. sugar

7.75 oz. milk &/ or(PARVE creamer)

3.75 oz. butter &/or margarine (USA Parve)

3 teaspoons baking powder
*
4 eggs
*
8.75 oz. apricot jam
*
3.5 oz. almonds
*
1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F

Sift the flour and mix it well with the baking powder.

Put it in a bowl.
3.
At the center, make a pit . Add the yolks, sugar, vanilla and the melted butter.

Knead all ingredients, adding some milk until mixture becomes a soft dough.
5.
Leave it for 10 minutes and then cut it into pieces.
6.
Roll every piece to 3/8 inch thickness, then cut with a small round cutter into biscuits.
7.
Place biscuits on a large baking pan.
8.
Brush them with an egg white bath.
9.
Place at the center of each biscuit a half almond and bake them for 15 minutes.
10.
Take them out, leave them to cool and spread marmalade on them.
