1 LB sol fish
2 onions
3 tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp sugar
Lemon juice from one fresh lemon
3 tbsp olive oil
1 cup water
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Soak the fish in the lemon juice and ½ tsp salt for an hour
Slice the onion to rings and fry in the oil to golden
Slice the tomatoes to slices and lay them on the fried onion
Cut the fish to large pieces and lay on top of the tomato slices
Mix the paprika, the sugar, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper, tomato paste and the water to achieve a homogenous sauce
Pour the sauce over the fish and cook for about half hour
