Any type of fish (ground course) – 1 pound
Green onion – 1 bunch
Cilantro – 1 bunch
Parsley – 1 bunch
Mint – ½ bunch
Eggs – 2
Onion (chopped) – 1
Garlic – 2 cloves (minced)
Green hot pepper – to taste
Matso mill or bread crumbs – 1/3 cup
Salt
Pepper
Baking soda – ½ tsp
Directions:
Mix all ingredients
Make 2 inch long kebobs
Heat oil 2 inch deep
Drop carefully several kebobs into the oil so they can swim freely
When golden, take them out and lay over paper towel to absorb the oil
