Ingredients:


1/2 cup Swiss cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
One pastry shell
1/2 cup Ricotta cheese
5 eggs
1 cup light cream
1 teaspoon dried dill (check for infestation)
1 teaspoon dried parsley (check for infestation)
1 teaspoon dried onion (check for infestation)
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (check for infestation)
1/2 teaspoon chives (check extremely carefully for infestation)


Directions:


1.Mix first three cheeses together and place in pie shell.
2.Blend remaining ingredients together in food processor or blender, on high for two minutes.
3.Pour over cheeses.
4.Bake at 400 degrees for about one hour.
5. Serve with fresh fruit
