For soup:
4 cups water
3 sliced carrots
1 cup celery leaves
1 tbsp soup mix
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Mix the balls ingredients and set aside
Put the soup ingredients in a pot, bring to boil and cook until the carrot is cooked
Make balls about a tennis ball size and drop into soup
Cook for additional 10 minutes
