1 lb fillo dough
½ lb shredded feta cheese
½ lb shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg
4 chopped scallions
½ tsp black pepper
An additional beaten egg for glazing
Directions:
In a large ball mix all ingredients
Cover a baking pan with baking sheet
Flatten the fillo dough and cut circles about 4 inch diameter
Put one tbsp of the filling in the center of the circle
Spread a bit of the beaten egg on the edges of the circle
Fold over to form half a circle and pinch the edges to seal and move to the pan
Brush the pockets with beaten egg
Optional: sprinkle sesame seed over the pockets
Bake for ½ hour in 375 F
