1 lb ground beef
¼ cup chopped parsley
¼ cup chopped cilantro
Dill leaves from 3 branches, chopped
4 minced garlic cloves
1 chopped onion
2 eggs
3 tbsp bread crumbs
1 tsp turmeric
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and store in refrigerator for half hour
Make either kebobs (like hot dog shape) and skew them or make small hamburgers
Cook over charcoal and serve
