Ingredients:

* black raisins (light raisins are easier to check for infestation)
* 2 teaspoons almonds
* two teaspoons walnuts (check for infestation)
* two teaspoons hazel nuts
* 2 chestnuts (cooked)
* 1-2 apples
* 5 dates
* 2 figs (check for infestation)
* 2 prunes (check for infestation)
* 1 orange (peel of) (check for infestation)
* 2 oranges (juice of)
* wine, red (KP)
* dash - cinnamon (KP)

Directions:

* Place the above salad ingredients in a food processor and mix them, until there is a smooth texture.
* Shape like meatballs, and when the time came to use them, pour the wine and mix well.
