2 cups basmati rice
1 pound tender beef cut to cubes
1 sliced onion
1 sliced red pepper
2 tbsp paprika
Chili pepper to taste
Salt
Pepper
5 tbsp olive oil
2 cups boiling water
Directions:
Fry onion with 3 tbsp oil to golden
Add the beef
Add 1 tbsp paprika
Fry to golden beef surfaces
Add 1 cup boiling water, bring to boil and cook until beef is done
In a separate pot fry the rice with 2 tbsp oil until rice is half transparent
Add the cooked beef and the rest of the ingredients
Add 1 cup boiling water, bring to boil, cover pot and cook in low heat for half hour
