Ingredients:


2 pound beef shoulder cut to 1 inch size cubes
1 chopped onion
2 potatoes cut to 8 each
½ green pepper
3 chopped garlic cloves
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp paprika
1 bay leaf
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp Caraway
Salt


Directions:


Fry the onion until transparent, then add the garlic and fry a bit more
Add the beef and fry surfaces
Add the paprika while mixing and add a cup of water right away
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
Add water to cover content, bring to boil and then cook for 2 hours in low heat
Add the potato and cook for half hour
