2 lb ground beef
½ cup chopped parsley
1 cup chopped scallions
¼ cup flour
6 eggs
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
Frying oil
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well
Make balls between golf ball to tennis ball size at your preference
Press each ball to make a patty (a small hamburger)
Fry and serve
You may use ground chicken breast or any other meat
