Ingredients:


2 lb fish filet (sol, white, carp, or else)
5-6 sliced tomatoes
4 sliced onions
2 tbsp tomato paste
5 tbsp sugar
ΒΌ cup olive oil
Juice from 2 fresh lemons
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
Frying oil


Directions:


Fry the fish lightly and set aside
Fry the onion (use a large pan)
Add paprika salt and pepper and mix
Use half of the tomato to create one layer on top of the fried onion
Now create a layer of the fish
Use the rest of the tomato to create a second layer
Melt the sugar and the lemon juice and sprinkle over
Mix the tomato paste and the water and pour over
Bring to boil lower to medium heat and cook for 45 minutes
