1 chopped onion
1 sliced red pepper
1 chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
2 oz dry appricot
2 oz prunes
2 ox raisins
1 tbsp sugar
Juice from 1 fresh lemon
4 tbsp olive oil
1 cup water
Directions:
Balls:
Mix all ingredients
Fry in oil on all surfaces
Gravy:
Fry onion in the oil
Add all ingredients except the dried fruits and keep frying for 5 minutes
Add the water, bring to boil and lower heat
Add the balls, cover and cook for an hour
